Full planning application for a small residential development situated within the village of East Brent. The site comprised an existing house set within large grounds & the application included the demolition of the house & outbuildings & the erection of 9 new dwellings, the formation of a new access, and associated works.

The 9 new dwellings are all detached and include 1no. 3-bedroom bungalow & 8no. 4-& 5-bedroom 2-storey houses, designed to ensure proposals were compatible with the scale, design & character of development within the locality. To reflect the local vernacular, houses are designed to have a traditional architectural style with reconstructed stone walls under a grey roof & timber-effect doors. House designs combine a fabric-first approach with sustainable energy systems & incorporate vehicle charging points, air-sourced heat pumps, increased insulation & solar panels.
