Our team have a combined experience of over 60 years within the house building industry with CDS created over 15 years ago by its founder and Managing Director, Bob Clancy, to fulfil his vision to provide cost effective, reliable, quality design solutions and planning support to the residential housing industry.

Our client range is diverse and includes private individuals, small local builders and a number of National House Builders. Project sizes vary from the individual house and small scale development to high profile strategic housing schemes on sites throughout the South West, Midlands and South Wales.
