Full planning application for small residential development situated on the south eastern outskirts of Gloucester on behalf of a local builder.
Having previously been granted outline planning consent for a single dwelling on the site, the owner wished to construct a pair of semi-detached dwellings. Formerly, an area for car parking, the proposals are for the erection of a pair of semi detached, 4 and 5 bedroom dwellings with corresponding garages to the rear. Special consideration has been paid to the context, in particular the relationship with the neighboring plots. House designs reflect the traditional architectural styles of the area and varying ridge heights are provided with taller elements designed to maximize views out and lower storey to minimize the impact on adjacent dwellings.
