Re-development of a brownfield site, previously home of Whitecross High School, situated in a highly sustainable location close to Hereford city centre and designed to reflect and respect existing development and enhance biodiversity in the area, as well as maximising viability. The development provides 47no. open market 3 and 4 bedroom semi and detached houses, with 22no. (32%) affordable 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment, terraced and semi detached units and a specially designed 5 bedroom bungalow for disabled person use.
