Phase 3 of the Whittle Gardens development features 150 residential units, which include a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, as well as 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom terraced, semi-detached, and detached homes. 

 

Located in the southwestern part of the area, this phase continues within the established Spine and Core Contemporary character areas. There is a small section that is distinct from the main area, known as the Hatherley Ribbon Park Character Area, which has a completely different style. The 3-story apartment blocks have been thoughtfully designed and positioned to connect the two parts of the site while maintaining a formal and contemporary aesthetic.

 

Additionally, pedestrian and cycle pathways have been created to link Phase 3 with the other phases, ensuring connectivity throughout the entire development.
