Following successful approvals on Phases 1 & 2, we were appointed to prepare and submit the Reserved Matters application for Phase 5. This phase is located on the western edge of the mixed use Innsworth Lane development. Hatherley Ribbon Park lies to the north & west, the southern boundary adjoins the central primary street with future residential housing parcel to the east.

The scale & appearance of buildings vary depending on their location within the phase. Taller 3 storey contemporary style apartment blocks are confined to the primary street frontage to reinforce the strong formal urban character of the avenue & orientated to both frame & overlook the green square provided off the primary street. Lower density detached 2 storey units in a traditional architectural style are located along the green edges of the Hatherley Ribbon Park to provide a more informal & relaxed interface.
