An existing grassland site, bisected by a large hedgerow. Situated adjacent to ‘The Tips’, a site of Nature Conservation Interest Woodland, with Bristol to Exeter railway to the east within a steep cutting, the A370 Bridgwater Road to the west & Bleadon Hill to the south. A complex site with proposals evolving through the pre-app & extensive Reserved Matters negotiations to accommodate the various site constraints, which included:
